About Once upon a Rainbow
The song Over the Rainbow by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole was one of my Dad's favourite songs, which inspired me to name the Business after his love with this song, hence Once Upon A Rainbow. This song reminds me of him, he would have loved the fact that I named the Business after one of his favourite songs, and he just loved Rainbows, as do I!
Once upon a Rainbow first started 2011 following many years of experience in the pub industry working in the children area, and also entertaining children for my own children parties over the years. And after returning from a short trip to the Philippines where I face-painted some of the orphaned children, my husband said I should carry on when I returned and, well, things progressed rapidly, I found that I truly had a passion, and loved the interaction with Children's parties. One thing led to another from the initial face painting, to providing a full party with music and games for the children. I now pride myself on the business I have created from the ground up, and have many different characters that could attend your party. As a mother of three children, I find it important to provide a professional, reliable service.
