Welcome to ONCE UPON A RAINBOW - Midlands based children party organisers

Our diary is now open! We are back baby!

All of our characters are back for 30 minute visits, 1 hour visits and 2 hour parties. For more information please contact us and we can talk you through all available options! We have worked every environment from living rooms, to back gardens, halls and play centres! We cater to your wants to ensure your little one's have the best experience.

Wondering what to expect?

For all visits we bring along our portable speaker to ensure we have music throughout. This allows us to play your little ones favourite songs, have specialised/ themed playlists and control the music for our games.

We will of course focus on the special guest and do all we can to make their visit magical! We have a wealth of knowledge to answer all questions they may have for their favourite character.

We of course love games and party dances! Especially parachute games!

Lastly, photos- we LOVE photos! We will help you strike poses and get the best photos to remember your special day. Don't forget to tag us on social media!

We will continue to offer our virtual visits for those who would like a convenient visit or require a distanced visit. Take the pressure off the entertainment, and let us spend a little time with your little ones keeping them entertained!

We are experienced entertainers, and have been doing parties in the East Midlands area since 2011. Prior to that, the owner of Once upon a Rainbow worked within a famous pub chain providing parties for little ones since 1999.
